We are looking for individuals who want exceptionally great care for their horses and see our vision! We have been working hard to create the perfect oasis for all horse owners needs and desires. While we still have a ways to go we are ready to add some people to our little community that want to be a part of and witness our growth.

 

Partial and Full stall board available! High and dry 10 stall barn on 18 acres in beautiful north Ocala!

Stall fronts are equipped with saddle racks and hooks so all your things are local to your horse and easily separated/ organized.

Brand new 60’ roundpen with an elevated observation deck for easy viewing, located under the shade all day!

100x200 arena with separate 100x180 warmup pen and separate shaded area for spectators. Will be fully set up with jumps, barrels, etc.

Plenty of riding tails just up the road. 

 

Located just a few minutes away from the Livestock Pavilion, less than 30 minutes from WEC and HITS, less than 45 from WHA.

 

Trailer parking and plenty of it.

 

Owners live on site with pass coded gates, each member will be given a gate clicker for a small refundable deposit. Members also have 24/7 access to the property.

 

Members will have heavily discounted or be all together exempt from entry fees for events we will be hosting in the future depending on the type of event. 

 

Resident positive reinforcement/ natural horsemanship horse trainer and western riding instructor on site to help you achieve your goals. Specialized in barrel racing, reining, trail obstacles and liberty.  

 

RV/ trailer hookups.

✨PRICING AND SERVICES:

 

$400- Partial board: Owner provides feed and hay. Stable feeds 2x per day and does all standard daily maintenance/ care (mucking, turnouts, blanketing, fly spraying, hosing off on hot days, administering medications/ supplements as requested).

 

$800- Full board: stable provides quality safe choice grain products and 24/7 access to high quality tifton hay. Stable feeds 2x per day and does all standard daily maintenance/ care (mucking, turnouts, blanketing, fly spraying, hosing off on hot days, administering medications/ supplements as requested).

 

$1000- Forage only Full board: Stable provides 24/7 high quality and diverse all forage diet to give the horse the most bioavailable diet possible and nourish them on a cellular level. Stable provides free choice loose minerals in stall. Stable does all standard daily maintenance/ care (mucking, turnouts, blanketing, fly spraying, hosing off on hot days, administering medications/ supplements as requested).

Well behaved Stallions will be considered if there is space available and will require an additional $200 per month on top of whatever package is chosen.
